We were provided with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful room with a stunning view. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the major attractions. Plus, the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food every morning.
Worst Mini Bar Prices! We were shocked by the outrageous cost of the items in the mini bar.

A fantastic beautiful hotel centrally located. Exceptionally clean with excellent speedy customer interaction. Prices in April very reasonable for such a fabulous location and luxury. Breakfast the best ever had in Italy. Comfy huge beds, marble bathrooms, and historic Italian decor. Take the water taxi from the airport right to the hotel. Amazing. Definitely recommend and would return.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with a map and marking the best routes to the major sights. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of options including coffee, tea, fresh fruit, pastries. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access by water taxi at its private canal entrance. It was also just a short walk to the Rialto bridge and St Marks, making it convenient to explore the city.

The staff provided excellent service and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a luxurious bathroom and amazing views. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel had a bar with an exceptional bartender who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The only minor downside was the price, as it was on the higher end.

The complimentary chocolates and wine were a nice touch and the hotel's location was good, situated between two popular areas. It was also very quiet around Christmas which made our stay more peaceful.
The room was quite outdated and the amenities were not at the level expected for the price paid. The breakfast buffet was not great, and the staff at the front desk were not very helpful with providing recommendations for local restaurants or activities.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Venice and I had a fantastic experience. The location of this place was perfect; it was set back in a quiet area, but still within walking distance to major attractions. I loved that it was directly on a canal, as it added to the overall charm of the hotel. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, giving off a sense of luxury, history, and romance. The balcony provided a stunning view of the city. The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and helpful; they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The service, including room service and housekeeping, was impeccable. The amenities in the room, such as tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe, added to the convenience and comfort of my stay.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.
